Creative Corner School is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy working in a warm, family-friendly environment and have strong multitasking skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Job Responsibilities:
Order, stock and distribute snacks, paper products, and office supplies
Answer inquiry emails and phone calls
Schedule tours for prospective families
Assist with record-keeping and maintaining children's & Staff files
Work with Brightwheel Software and App
Proficient in Google Docs
Manage Social Media/Website
Manage and update the allergy list
Compile classroom highlight for a monthly newsletter
Provide classroom coverage during teacher breaks
Other duties and projects assigned
Requirements:
Must pass a background check
Must complete fingerprinting
Must complete a 12-hour online EEC training prior to the start date
Friendly and professional communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Minimum of 3yrs. experience in an office or administrative role (childcare experience is a plus!)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with children and supporting teachers as needed

Creative Corner School is thrilled to introduce a new leadership structure in our Toddler Program! We are adding three Lead Infant/Toddler Supervisors to guide and enhance our Toddler Suites. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative approach to early childhood care, where Lead Supervisors work alongside Toddler Teachers to create a dynamic, engaging, and nurturing environment focused on positive guidance, developmental growth, and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision and Leadership in a New Role: As a newly established position, the Lead Infant/Toddler Supervisor will support and guide a team of Toddler Teachers, fostering a collaborative, inclusive atmosphere that promotes creativity, respect, and teamwork.
Teacher and Classroom Observation: Conduct regular, documented observations of teachers and classroom activities, offering constructive feedback to uphold and enhance program quality.
Progress Monitoring and Documentation: Complete children’s progress reports with clarity and precision, reviewing reports prepared by teachers for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with developmental milestones.
Activity Development and Implementation: Lead in planning and executing open-ended art projects, sensory activities, and other engaging, age-appropriate experiences that inspire curiosity and foster development.
Policy Adherence and Positive Guidance: Use positive guidance techniques while ensuring adherence to school policies, contributing to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
Curriculum Standards Compliance: Follow the Massachusetts Early Learning Guidelines for Infants and Toddlers, meeting each child’s unique developmental needs.
Role Breakdown:
80% In-Classroom: Lead in direct classroom support, working hands-on with children and guiding teachers.
20% Out-of-Classroom: Provide supervisory and administrative support, helping oversee Toddler Program operations and ensuring excellence in program implementation.
Qualifications:
Current EEC Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher Certification
Proven experience in leadership and supervision within early childhood settings
Strong observation skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback
Excellent writing and documentation skills for professional progress reports and classroom observations
Commitment to upholding school policies and contributing to a high-quality environment for children and staff
